The apartment GIRASOLE is on the first floor of the farmhouse. It is reached by means of an ample, external stone staircase which leads to a small terrace with a view, exclusive to the apartment, and to the apartment’s entrance. There is a living room with kitchen corner, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is furnished with all necessary equipment and accessories for up to 4 people.
The living room has a table and chairs, a dresser, a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs and a 40” colour TV. There is a kitchen corner, window and three very large French windows giving a marvellous view of the whole of the Casentino valley. The bedroom and bathroom lead off from the living room.
The kitchen corner is built-in and has a five ring gas hob, double sink, electric oven, microwave oven, dish washing machine and fridge.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, two bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe. A further bed could be added. There is a window with a view.
Bedroom 2 has two single or a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. There is a window with a view.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet and WC. There is a window.
