The apartment has a living room with kitchen corner, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine floor. It is fully furnished with all the equipment and accessories needed for up to 6 guests.
The main living room has a table and chairs, a dresser, a woodburning stove, 40” colour TV. There are two windows, kitchen corner and a staircase leading to the mezzanine floor. The bedrooms and one bathroom lead off the living room.
The kitchen corner is built in and has a four gas ring hob, double sink, an electric oven, dishwashing machine and fridge.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. A French window leads onto a covered loggia for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests.
Bedroom 2 has two single or one double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. There is a window with a view.
Bedroom 3 on the mezzanine floor has two single or one double bed and bedside table. There is a window.
Bathroom 1 has a shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet and WC. There is a window.
Bathroom 2 has a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. It is reached from the mezzanine floor. Being an internal bathroom, it has no window.
The mezzanine floor has a desk and entrances to bedroom 3 and bathroom 2.
